However, if you aren't using the Golden Order fundamentalist incantations (litany of proper death, law of casualty etc) then it's probably a better idea to use the Gavel Stone Seal, as it boosts the damage of dragon ...Much like Arcane for the Dragon Seal, it appears the Str/Dex/Int Incant Scaling softcaps for this are 45.
