Simplest way : Use "NSC Builder" on pc to convert xci to nsp then install the converted nsp on your switch via GoldTree ( Usb install ) . The best thing about usb install is you don't have to split files. You may need a Y-Cable, an AC powered Hub or a AC powered HDD.. The USB standards on the Switch are not up to standard.
